is a force to be reckoned with. Renowned lyricist Robert Hunter says,
“If Jim Page ain’t the bastard son of Woody Guthrie - I’m
T-Bone Walker”. “I'm a longtime admirer.” – Bonnie
Raitt. The late Utah Phillips said it best, “If you’re ever
going to get the message, this is the messenger to get it from.”
Originally a California native, Jim Page has called Seattle and the Pacific
Northwest “home” since 1971. Jim has shared the stage with
the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris, Dan Bern, Michelle Shocked,
Leftover Salmon, Mickey Hart, J.J. Cale, Robert Hunter, Chuck Brodsky,
and John Hammond, to name a few. Jim's songs have been covered by The
Doobie Brothers, Christy Moore, Dick Gaughan, Joanne Rand, Michael Hedges,
Leftover Salmon and Roy Bailey, and more. He has toured in 13 countries
