Return & Exchange Policy:

  • No returns on books, harmonicas, flutes or electronic items.
  • A 48-hour approval period may be applied to stringed instruments, woodwinds, brass and percussion instruments. Instruments may be returned within 48-hours of receipt for a full refund less all shipping costs. (If payment was made with a credit card, the 3% credit card company processing fee will be deducted from your refund.)

INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURN SHIPMENTS:

  • If the instrument doesn't meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt to receive a return acknowledgement.
  • Return item(s) must be in original condition including all warranty documentation.
  • Return item(s) must be repacked in original packaging.
  • All return shipments must be fully insured.
  • Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of instrument.

Q: Do you consign instruments?

A: Yes, consignments are welcome. We are always looking for unique instruments. Consigned items should be in playable or reparable condition. We charge a 25% consignment fee upon sale of the item. Minimum consignment period is 90 days. Please call or email us for complete consignment details.

• The Platinum Account is a charge card that can be used only at Crossroads Music
• Available credit can be used to make future purchases at Crossroads Music
• Application processing only takes a few minutes
• No Application Fee
• No Annual Renewal Fee
• 2 Forms of ID required
• Account is managed by GE Consumer Finance Company.

Plan 1: 90 Day
1. No interest if paid within 90 days
2. Minimum monthly payments required*
3. Minimum purchase of $249

Plan 2: 6 Months
1. No interest if paid within 6 months
2. Minimum monthly payments required*
3. Minimum purchase of $499

*Minimum Payment: 3% on balance on account or $10 which ever is greater.

Simple 3 Month Layaway Plan:

A 33% non-refundable deposit is required as down payment to hold an instrument for 3 months. Balance is due within 3 months.

Note: Layaway plans do not apply to special orders.

Special Orders:

If there is something you are looking for but don't see on our website. We might be able to get it for you if we are a dealer for that product. Let us know what you are looking for and we can find it for you at no additional charge. This service includes books, instructional videos and instruments.

CROSSROADS MUSIC CUSTOMER WINS NATION-WIDE CONTEST

Sept. 2005--Tony Dolton of Port Hadlock, Washington was named the winner of a guitar rig valued at over $3,000 in the Genz Benz "Test Drive and Win" contest. The prize is a 100 watt Genz Benz El Diablo tube head with 2-2X12 speaker cabinets. Genz-Benz also awarded the salesperson of record--Dan Gessner--the same prize. www.genzbenz.com

Hurricane Katrina Relief Raffle

Oct. 2005-- WINNER - Nancy Botta
of Port Townsend, Washington

Crossroads Music raffled a Martin DX-1 Guitar and helped raise over $1100 to help 2 local organizations continue their work assisting the homeless and displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The proceeds will go to benefit the PT Katrina Relocation Committee which is helping resettle families displaced by Hurricane Katrina to the Port Townsend Area and the PT Community Bus Project which is providing bio-diesel powered transportation to persons displaced by the Hurricane.

The drawing was held at Crossroads Music on October 29th.

Nancy Botta of Port Townsend is the winner of the Martin DX-1 Guitar.
